CLASS OPTIONS:

CPR AED: This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory or other requirements.
FIRST AID: This course is for anyone who needs a course completion card in first aid to meet job, regulatory or other requirements. First aid training is an important part of an effective safety program.

Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED is geared towards anyone involved in childcare who have a duty to respond to illnesses and injuries in a child or infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Including: childcare workers, teachers, camp counselors, etc.

ACLS is designed for healthcare professionals who either direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest and other cardiovascular emergencies.
Paid Registered students will receive the ACLS Heart CPR Study Guides included with the class price.

This course is intended for
FIRST RESPONDERS.
(Scuba Divers, Police, and other first responders requiring Basic Life Support & First Aid)
This fundamental course prepares you to provide proper care for life-threatening illnesses or injuries until professional emergency medical care is available.
The life-support skills taught in this course include one- and two-rescuer CPR for adults, children and infants. Use of automatic external defibrillators, bleeding management, assisting a choking victims and responding to a person in shock.
The first aid skills taught include conducting secondary assessments, splinting and responding to medical emergencies.
First Aid Part 1 is on-line and must be completed prior to attending the BLS class. Part 2 First Aid will be completed with the BLS certification class.
First Aid certification is through ASHI: American Safety & Health Institute. BLS is through American Heart Association. Meets CPR requirements for PDAI & DAN. All courses meet current ILCOR and the AHA guidelines.
You can purchase your Heartcode BLS, ACLS, or PALS on line classes here. Once you compete the online class, you will need to register for the Heartcode Skills session.
A skills session is the hands-on portion of the eLearning course.
It includes skills practice and testing with an Instructor. It is conducted in-person AFTER a student completes the online course.
Blended Learning courses combine the flexibility of online training with in person skills practice and testing for CPR or advanced skills.
HEARTCODE BLS, ACLS or PALS is for Healthcare Providers only (All Allied Health Professionals, CNA, HHA, Dental, Behavior or Speech Therapist, Radiology, Nursing Students, RBT, LPN, RN, RRT, MD, APRN, EMT Paramedic, etc)
Advanced courses (ACLS & PALS) are for MD, RRT, RN, and any healthcare professional required to have Advanced Cardiac Life Support or Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
