Thank you for registering for the English taught Heartcode PALS course at Heart Restart CPR Training. We look forward to having you in class!

Certification Requirements

To receive your PALS certification, you must:

Complete the online Heartcode PALS class
- Go to http://shopcpr.heart.org/heartcode-pals
  - Register and pay for the class with the AHA
  - Complete your class prior to arrival at Heart Restart CPR for the hands-on session.
- Email the completion certificate to mike@heartrestartcpr.com.
  - Screen shots cannot be accepted.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early; outdoor seating is available if you are earlier.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:

· Rescheduling more than 3 days before class: No fee

· Cancellation more than 3 days before class: 90% refund

· Rescheduling within 48 hours of class: 80% refund

· Cancellation within 48 hours of class: 70% refund

· Rescheduling within 24 hours of class or for Saturday classes: 60% refund

· Cancellation within 24 hours of class or for Saturday classes: 40% refund
