The HSI Adult First Aid | CPR AED course is designed for individuals who are not healthcare providers but want the knowledge and confidence to respond to common medical emergencies. Whether required for the workplace or taken for personal preparedness, this course provides the essential lifesaving skills needed to respond until emergency medical services arrive.

Students receive hands-on instruction and practice in recognizing and responding to medical emergencies, performing high-quality CPR, using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), relieving choking emergencies, and providing basic first aid care for common injuries and illnesses. Realistic scenarios and practical skills training help participants build confidence in responding effectively during emergencies. HSI's First Aid | CPR AED program reflects the latest internationally recognized resuscitation science and treatment recommendations and conforms with the 2025 American Heart Association (AHA) Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC.
