The HSI Pediatric First Aid | CPR AED course is designed for individuals who care for infants and children and need the knowledge and confidence to respond to pediatric emergencies. This comprehensive course combines pediatric first aid with CPR and AED training, preparing participants to recognize emergencies, provide immediate care, and respond until emergency medical services arrive.
Students receive hands-on instruction and practice in responding to common childhood injuries and illnesses, performing high-quality CPR, using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and relieving choking emergencies. Training incorporates realistic scenarios to build confidence and improve decision-making during real-world emergencies.
