Refund & Rescheduling Policy
At Heart Restart CPR, we understand that unexpected situations can arise and that sometimes plans need to change. We strive to be fair and flexible while also covering the costs associated with scheduling classes and providing course materials.
Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued when requested more than three (3) days prior to the scheduled class. Eligible refunds will be processed at 90% of the total amount paid, with the remaining balance retained to cover credit card processing fees and materials provided upon registration.
Please note that all eBooks, eCourses, eFiles, and other digital materials are delivered electronically and are non-returnable and non-refundable once issued. The cost of these materials will be deducted from any applicable refund.
There are no refunds for students who fail to attend their scheduled or rescheduled class.
We use Stripe as our secure payment processor. Once a refund is submitted, Stripe sends the refund request to your bank immediately. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take 5–10 business daysfor the refund to appear in your account.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your class, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to work with you whenever possible.
Students who do not attend their scheduled class or arrive too late to participate will be considered a no-show and must register and pay for a new class.
Our goal is always to help students successfully complete their training, so if something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible so we can assist you with rescheduling options.
